Indoor and outdoor Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is characterized by a high temperature of about 80-100°C and a very low humidity of about 5-15%. The process of alternating heating and cooling of the body results in a strengthened immunological system. Sweating rids us of the toxins accumulated in our bodies, while the high temperature helps reduce the stress and fatigue. Daily Aroma Ceremonies in the outdoor Finnish Sauna constitute an additional attraction.
