Kneipp hydrotherapy pool
The system of healing called hydrotherapy was invented in the 19th century by Sebastian Kneipp. He was a priest who propagated the method of healing with water as a result of the observation of his own illness. He considered alternating cooling with cold water and heating with infusions and compresses the key to strengthening the body and fighting diseases. His treatment method became the basis of hydrotherapy. In our saunarium, we offer you a Kneipp pool used for immersing the feet in water (up to the ankles), raising them back above the surface, and repeating the process. This method of walking results in alternating cooling and heating of the ankle joints. Parameters: depth 35 cm.
