Roman steam bath
The very pleasant atmosphere of a steam bath is characterized by high humidity and a moderate temperature of about 42-45°C. These conditions ensure a highly beneficial effect on the skin; the delicate influence of the temperature and high humidity make the skin pores open and rids them of the toxins that accumulate in them. The heat has an additional effect on the body: it relaxes the muscles and stimulates circulation.
